Employers Doing Business in Massachusetts:

Massachusetts Employers with 11 or more “full-time equivalent” employees must make a “fair and reasonable” contribution to their full-time employees’ health insurance coverage.  They are also required to establish a Section 125 Plan to allow employees to pay health insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis.
