In 1997, Andrew Roberts founded AMR Benefits Management, LLC to meet the needs of small business employers (10 – 500 employees) who communicated that they lacked the time or expertise to effectively design, implement, communicate and manage their health and welfare employee benefits programs. It was Andrew’s vision to create a firm that would solve this dilemma.
Since its inception, AMR Benefits Management, LLC has grown to be a trusted advisor to hundreds of employers in the small group marketplace. It was clear that partnering with clients to provide unbiased guidance, ‘Best in Class’ products and ongoing support added significant value to the relationship.

Andrew Roberts, Managing Broker and Founder
Andrew founded AMR Benefits Management, LLC in 1997 after several years working with clients on employee benefits issues at Baystate Financial in Boston, Massachusetts. Andrew earned the designation of Group Benefits Associate from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans sponsored by Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed Life & Health broker in the State of Massachusetts. Andrew is an active alumnus of Bates College and works closely with Healing Abuse Working for Change (H.A.W.C.). Andrew lives in the seaside town of Swampscott, Massachusetts with his wife and two young sons.
